Astro Media provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO optimisation, social media marketing, web design and development, branding, performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads), content marketing, AI automation, and video production.
Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual service agreements or proposals agreed upon between Astro Media and the client. These Terms of Service apply alongside any such agreements.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when engaging our services. Inaccurate information may affect the quality or effectiveness of services delivered.
Effective delivery of our services depends on timely cooperation from you, including providing access to accounts, assets, feedback, and approvals as reasonably requested.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not instruct or request us to engage in any activity that violates applicable law, regulations, or third-party rights.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images — is the property of Astro Media and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of all materials, data, and content you provide to us. By sharing them, you grant Astro Media a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of delivering your agreed services.
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you (e.g., website designs, content pieces). We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Retainer clients are typically billed monthly in advance. Project-based fees follow the payment schedule outlined in the proposal.
Astro Media reserves the right to pause or suspend services if payment is overdue by more than 7 days. We may charge a late fee of 2% per month on overdue amounts.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, fees paid for work already commenced are generally non-refundable. Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including algorithm changes, market conditions, and competition. We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic levels, or revenue growth.
We commit to applying industry best practices, professional expertise, and genuine effort to every campaign and project we undertake on your behalf.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Media's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Astro Media in the three months preceding the claim.
In no event will Astro Media be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.
Either party may terminate ongoing services by providing 30 days' written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.
Astro Media reserves the right to immediately terminate services if you breach these terms, fail to make payment, or engage in unlawful or abusive conduct.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.
Our services often involve managing accounts on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, which you are responsible for complying with.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu.
We encourage resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under applicable Indian arbitration law before litigation.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
